Your photos, messages and accounts are nobody's business – mine included. Protecting your sensitive data is a priority on every job, and when a device is traded in or recycled, everything is verifiably and permanently erased.

For more than four years I've repaired, day in day out, the devices other people depend on: smartphones, tablets, laptops and PCs. Since 2026 I've been doing it in my own business – TC Service & Repair in Koblenz.

My route here was the other way round: first a commercial apprenticeship as an office clerk, then a move into technology. Five years at one of the region's largest smartphone and electronics repair companies, more than four of them as a service technician running the workshop largely on my own – around 130 to 150 repair jobs a month, plus parts sourcing, stock control, monthly price calculation, margin analysis, repair quotes and complete insurance-claim handling.

That combination is what defines TC Service & Repair: technical depth plus a head for business – and the belief that a repair is a service, not just a craft. Every job starts with a proper diagnosis and an honest view on whether the cost is worth it for the value of the device. Even when the answer is "it isn't worth it".
